We're in the News: Brittnee Vermillion Named Ohio's Best Guest Experience Provider

By

Our very own Brittnee Vermillion took home the Best Guest Experience Provider award at the 2023 Ohio Restaurant Association Industry Awards. It's official: the Brewfontaine family just got a little more legendary.

We have some incredible news to share. Brittnee Vermillion, a Bellefontaine native and cornerstone of the Brewfontaine team since day one, has been named the Best Guest Experience Provider at the 2023 Ohio Restaurant Association (ORA) Industry Awards. If you've ever walked through our doors, chances are Brittnee made your visit unforgettable.

A Familiar Face Since 2015

Brittnee has been with us since Brewfontaine first opened its doors back in 2015. That's nearly a decade of welcoming guests, remembering names, learning drink preferences, and making everyone who walks in feel like they belong here. She's not just part of the team. She IS the Brewfontaine experience for so many of our regulars.

The Ohio Restaurant Association put it perfectly in their announcement:

"She is not only a familiar and friendly face that is known by all, but her servant leadership style ensures that all guests, whether a regular or new individual walk out having the most amazing experience. Brittnee makes Brewfontaine feel like more than a craft beer bar...she makes it feel like they are coming 'home' for a drink with friends and family!"

We couldn't agree more.

The "Cheers" of Logan County

When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Brittnee said it comes down to one thing: family. Not just the team she works with, but the community that gathers here night after night.

"I have tons of regulars here and we're all like family. We're kind of known for being the 'Cheers' type of bar in Logan County."

If you know, you know. Walking into Brewfontaine feels different. Maybe it's the rotating taps of incredible craft beer. Maybe it's the food (okay, definitely the food). But more than anything, it's the people. And Brittnee is at the heart of that.

Thank You, Brittnee

This award belongs to Brittnee, but it also belongs to everyone who voted for her and everyone who has made Brewfontaine their home away from home. Awards like this don't happen without a community that shows up, supports local, and keeps coming back.

So next time you're in, raise a glass to Brittnee. She's earned it.
